Introduction

Reservation software for Campgrounds and RV Parks.

rvMax Pro uses SQL Server 2000.  This powerful SQL database offers speed and stability and is especially well-suited to PC networks.

If you know MS-Outlook, you will have no trouble learning the program as you can see by viewing these online demos.

rvMax Pro can interface with an internet reservation request form. Reservation requests entered into the web form can be downloaded directly into the rvMax reservation grid. There is no need to re-key data already entered by the guest.

Reservations/FrontDesk

Web Reservations

• Receive reservation requests directly from an internet web reservation form.
• A guest fills-in and submits a reservation request on a web request form.
• A copy of the request is emailed to the guest as a confirmation that the request has been sent.
• Another email copy of the reservation request is sent to the front desk reservation operators.
• Request data is also imported by the program and loaded directly into the reservation grid - no double-entry!
• An operator confirms the availability and rate then sends an email confirmation.

Database/Network

• Uses SQL Server 2000 database optimized for stable high speed data access especially on networks.
• Can run in single user mode or in client/server mode.
• Built-in remote connect to your database from anywhere via internet connection.

Reports/Graphs

• Over 50 reports.
• Reports can be previewed, printed or exported to pre-formatted MS-Excel worksheets or PDF (Adobe Acrobat), rich text, html or plain text.
• Over 20 graphs (pie and bar charts) to review business activity.

Web Reservations

rvMax Pro can interface with an internet reservation request form. Reservation requests entered into the web form can be downloaded directly into the rvMax reservation grid.

• From your website, provide a link to our web request form.
• A guest completes all the information in the web form including arrival date, number of nights, number of persons, room type, etc.
• When the form is submitted an email with all the web reservation request details is sent to your email address.
• The same data is saved and can be download directly to the rvMax Pro reservation grid.
• Review the details of the reservation request and confirm or refuse the request.
• For confirmations, send the guest a confirmation email.
• Or contact the guest by phone or email using contact information provided in the web request form to gather additional information to complete the request.
• The web request form contains field validation to ensure the guest provides at least enough information to complete the reservation request.

The web request form can process many reservations in a very short period. Never re-key information because it is loaded directly to your data files from the request form.

The web request form is an add-on option, however, a web request form is provided free to users with an active annual tech support contract.

Credit Card Interface

rvMax Pro can interface with IC Verfiy credit card processing software.

• Process credit card transactions from the rvMax Pro program.
• rvMax Pro hands data to IC Verify, waits for a response then processes the transaction accordingly and prints a receipt.
• Records all details of the transaction for later review.
• Requires the purchase of the IC Verify credit card software.

Call Track

Call Track is an optional add-on program that interfaces with your telephone PBX.

• Calls are downloaded from the PBX to your PC via the PC serial port.
• rvMax Pro parses each call and separates the call date, time, duration and extension.
• rvMax Pro then calculates a call cost based on your custom call rate tables.
• Calls are then transferred to guest folios as itemized charges.
• rvMax Pro includes a simple graphical setup and testing method to configure Call Track and test your phone rate tables.

Hardware Requirements

In order to run rvMax Pro, you should have these minimum hardware and software requirements.

Network (Client/Server) Mode

• Windows XP or Windows 2000.
• Pentium III or IV class PC with a minimum of 256 megs of RAM.
• Recommend 518 megs of RAM on the PC server. If you have 1 gigabyte of RAM on the server, you will not be disappointed.
• Wireless network - the program works on wireless networks but this is not recommended.

Single-user Mode

• Windows XP or Windows 2000.
• Pentium III or IV class PC with 256 megs of RAM.

Tech Support

rvMax Pro - Tech Support

• Tech support by email is free.
• Phone support is free for one month from purchase. After, phone support is billed on a per incident basis.
• Annual tech support contracts are available that include phone support. As a bonus we offer the hosting of a web reservation request form to registered users with an active tech support contract.

Import Data

Data from rvMax series 400 can be imported directly into rvMax Pro.  If you are a registered user of rvMax series 400 or any prior version of the program, your complete data set can be imported into rvMax Pro.

Import Guest Data

If you have guest data stored in a computer file that can be converted to a MS-Excel worksheet, this data can be imported directly into the rvMax Pro guest file.

Importing Data from Another Source

If you have guest or reservation data stored in another program or a computer file, we can write a conversion program that will import this data into rvMax Pro.

This can be especially useful if you have a large file of prior guests that you want pre-loaded into rvMax Pro.

We can provide a price quote depending upon the difficulty in writing the conversion program.  We have already converted data from text files, CSV, MS Access, MS Excel, dBase, SQL Server and Oracle.
